The Load Capacity Calculator (Calculator) is made free for use on the website superiortire.com to Superior Tire & Rubber Corp.'s (STR) registered users (User) under these Terms for Use (Terms).  STR makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the use and results of the Calculator and specifically makes no warranty that said Calculator is for a particular purpose. Calculations are general guidelines and should not be used for anything other than theoretical estimation of load rating as load rating capacities can increase or decrease significantly based on equipment design, applications, environmental variables and more.  Consult with the equipment manufacturer installation instructions and guidelines.

User assumes all risk and liability for any losses, damages, claims or expenses resulting from the use of the Calculator pursuant to this agreement.

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STR, its officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or by reason of User; use of the Calculator to the Terms, and such indemnification shall survive acceptance of use of the Calculator by User.

STR makes no performance guarantees, express or implied warranties and assumes no obligation or liability for the reliability or accuracy of the Calculator.

STR Calculator is copyrighted by STR and is for the exclusive use of the User.

By using the Calculator, the User accepts the Terms.
