The CUSHOTRAC® Poly BTS™ Track Pad is the Original polyurethane pad designed decades ago to combat the high torque requirements of asphalt milling machines and meet tight yoke clearances. To this day, it's one of the most durable, lowest cost, longest lasting and trusted polyurethane track pads on the market. Don't let the sleek design fool you. Made from an ultra-long lasting and abrasion-resistant polyurethane compound with a unique footprint that increases ground pressure to optimize traction.
Most if not all competitor track pads typically mold around the base of the mounting bolts - essentially preventing the pad from completely tighteing down to the grouser shoe. Our Steel-On-Steel™ Technology is a critical design element that eliminates loosening and premature pad failure. It also aids in preventing "Bolt Spin", so removal is as easy as installation.

The CUSHOTRAC® ULTIMATE Track Pad, designed for milling machines, is made from an ultra-long lasting and abrasion-resistant polyurethane compound. The larger footprint will provide maximum traction, even on wet surfaces.
With the CUSHOTRAC® ULTIMATE Track Pad, you will get the lowest life-cycle cost per hour from the included 2,000 hour wear-life guarantee·. Having a longer-lasting track pad means more uninterrupted productivity for more money in your pocket. Also, the CUSHOTRAC® ULTIMATE™ can be bolted up with existing drilled grouser shoes available in the market.

Warranty
TERMS OF WARRANTY:
For all 2000 Hour Wear-Life Warranty claims, Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. will conduct a full examination of the track pads. If Superior Tire & Rubber Corp's examination shows that a CUSHOTRAC® ULTlMATE™ Track Pad has failed under the terms of this policy, Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. will either repair, replace, or make a reasonable allowance on the purchase of a new pad based on the estimated work-life remaining at Superior Tire & Rubber Corp's sole discretion. Cost of service, transportation, and sales tax will be the responsibility of the claimant. Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. will not warrant track pads that show normal material wear defined as track pad material chunking, chipping, or tearing that does not prevent the function of the product. Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. does not warrant pads that are subjected to misapplication, misuse, neglect, alteration, or damage and are hereby not responsible for personal injury, equipment damage, or property damage associated with misuse of normal operating procedures.
TERMS OF WARRANTY REGISTRATION:
Superior Tire & Rubber corp. warrants that our CUSHOTRAC® ULTIMATE™ Track Pads will offer a minimum of 2000 hours work-life without bond or material failure. Registration must be completed online at www.trackpads.comwithin 30 days of purchase. Without proper product registration, within the 30 day time period, the 2000 hour warranty is void and normal warranty limits apply. Normal warranty limits are defined under Superior Tire & Rubber Corp.'s "100% Work-Life Guarantee".
